The Westworth Centre offers a diverse seniors' recreational program aimed at promoting physical and mental well-being. Our weekly schedule includes a variety of fitness classes designed specifically for older adults, focusing on strength, flexibility, and balance. In addition, we host monthly presentations on topics relevant to seniors' interests, such as health seminars, cultural events, and educational workshops. Our aim is to create a vibrant and inclusive community where seniors can engage in meaningful activities and form lasting connections.
